Repeat prescriptions are issued at the doctor’s discretion for patients on long-term treatment.
The preferred, and accurate, method of re-ordering is to use the tear-off printout found on the right hand side of your last prescription. Just tick the appropriate boxes and return it to us.
Alternatively, there are request slips available in reception at the surgery.
Please give exact drug names, doses and quantities when ordering and your computer reference number if known.

Please allow a full clear 2 working days from the time we receive your request and make allowances for weekends and bank holidays when we are closed e.g.
Submit on a Monday – collect THURSDAY
Submit on a Tuesday – collect FRIDAY
Submit on a Wednesday – collect MONDAY
Submit on a Thursday – collect TUESDAY
Submit on a Friday – collect WEDNESDAY
