The Patient Panel for Forum Health Centre met on 7th April, and welcomed a new member and noted the resignation of Mary Jones, one of the founder members for personal reasons.

The Patient Panel last met on 16th January 2008, and amongst the issues discussed were:- Staff Name Badges – all reception staff are now wearing name badges and phones are answered with the receptionist’s name – both to personalise the service, and so that if there is a query, complaint or compliment the patient [...]

We now have a new information screen in the waiting room which provides messages about appointments etc with information about local health services and pharmacies and some health messages.

This has been provided at no cost to the NHS
